College not conducting our exam by blaming university .

Divya jyoti college which comes under Agra university has not conducted final year exams for BDS (1year 6 months late) MDS (6 months late) . This college they don't provide materials to students, no quality education. Worst college that got recognition from DCI on average of 5 pg seats in each department. Any way to conduct exams and revoke recognition.
you and other students should proceed legally by engaging a lawyer and then giving a representation to the college management to address your grievances.
if they don't then medical council should be approached for revoking their licence.

For the starter ,You can write to the concerned supervising authority I.e DCI and National Medical Commission (NMC) which regulates medical education and medical professionals. NMC replaced the Medical Council of India on 25 September 2020!
