Client refused to pay for the services I provided him what to do?

One of my client refused to pay amount of web development that i had done for him now he is not giving me payment... I didnt sign any legal notices with him....as he was a relative of my friend...but now i dont know how to take my money back

U have oral agreement with ur customer and u compete work on ur part so u first reprasent ur self then senc legal notice to them ,if no result fhen u file civil and cr suit against the customer u r service provider u r not consumer

Oral agreements can be enforced on the basis of evidence you possess. In your case it may be emails, text messages, telephonic recordings, the server/hosting work that you have done, etc. On the basis of these a legal notice through an advocate can be sent to your client asking for the amount due to you for the services delivered by you.
