Clarification on adoption memo filed in consumer forum

Hi In a complaint that i filed in district rconsumer forum, there are three opposite parties. Opposite party #2 filed his written version three months after getting the notice and along with that he filed an adoption memo stating that his written version is adopted by opposite party #1 and #3. could you please help on what an adoption memo is and what are all the things that the complainant should verify regarding adoption memo before accepting the written version. thanks for your time in advance.
Adoption memo is the memo to accept the version filed by similar op's. There is no verification is needed. The version shall be gone through fully. The nature of complaint should be compared with version.

All written versions has to be gone through. Adoption memo is filed to inform that the other parties are adopting the contents and substance of the written version.

Adoption memo is a common procedure in all the civil courts.In your case having 3 opposite parties and all have right to file theirs versions instead filing their version two opposite parties adopted one opposite parties written version.This adopted version not to affect the complainant.

If the opposite parties are co-related to each other and if they had engaged a same counsel, then one of them will file the version and it will be adopted by other opposite parties. For that they had filed the adoption memo. There is nothing wrong in that. But the complainant should check whether they had replied to all the allegations with regard to all the opposite parties. Even if it is not so, the complainant can raise it at the time of arguments.

Opposite party 1 and 3 have to file the independent adoption memo but not the Opposite part 2. Adoption Memo is adopting the contents and covenants of the other person. They will not file any independent reply to your complaint. They simply accepting the written version filed by the other opposite part because they feel that the 2nd opposite party's reply is sufficient and correct one. You have verify that the 1st and 3rd have to file independent adoption memo signed by them independently and also state that the written version filed by 2nd opposite party is correct and which is their version.
