First you have to lodge complaint to the Inspector of Factories. After getting your compliment they can take powerloom owner regarding safty measures. The only person and auority is Factories Inspector.The police complaint is not effective.

Q: requesting preservation of digital evidence legally safe?

I am connected to an ongoing criminal investigation in Tamil Nadu. I am considering sending a representation to the District SP requesting preservation of electronic records such as CDR, call logs, SMS, tower location, and legally obtainable social media metadata for the period June 2024 to August 2025 to support fair and complete investigation. Certain records and devices were already submitted to police. Is this legally safe, or could it create adverse issues during investigation or trial?

As per information technology act the Cyber Crimes only provd through electronic records. That electronic records to be certified through competent person. The trials totally 100% depending with corporate,callings,sms,...ect.

Sir I have committed one online QR code generating work.Iam unable to complete the work .they told me to didn't complete the work ihave to pay 3500 and the they ask some identity like my photo aadhar and signature because of this they gave a contract which Will pay extra charges and working contract without my knowledge because of I not completed the work the told me to pay the amount or otherwise they will file a case against me

Most of the cyber crimes are digital nature. By entering any work in cyber areas you have to verify the details of the work providers. Cyber criminals whereabouts always mysterious one. If anybody send his/her photos to cyber criminals may lead to morphing of the meterials. In your case is not a serious one . Iam advising not to contact with that cyber criminals. Thanks
