The same is enforced and the respondent. When the notice was served to attend court proceedings, where had you been. Now you cannot get the liberty of re trial or altering the judgement.

firstly your query is not clear as per knowledge it seems you have reached to consumer district court for some issue however you are not satisfied with the result in that case you can move further to state consumer forum to challenge distric forum

When a judgment is rendered in a district consumer court, your sole recourse is to challenge it before the state consumer forum within 45 days and then the national forum within 30 days and then ultimately to the Supreme Court in 30 days
