My child born with out finger in both of hands as well as both of feet.
But according to ultrasound report (second Leval) all body parts is ok.

This is very serious, consult the doctor to first understand at what stage this situation about the child’s growth can be detected during an ultrasound. If it should have been detected by the ultrasonologist at the second level which they did not do, you can file a case of negligence against them
