We took a membership in LetsgoHolidays holiday booking company for 2.2L-5yrs
1.Their website is not functional.We have to call the agents to book for a holiday.
2.The claims they made in the presentation are not true.We were in a hurry that day and didn't check the agreement properly before signing
3.We have to followup with the agents multiple times to give options for booking and they share non-premium properties saying non-availability for premium properties even if we request 1 month earlier
