Can a suit against one builder of two flats be joined together

Husband and wife both the parties book flats with different loans for different flats but the builder is same can they file suit jointly??

no if the subject matter is different you have to file separate cases in the court , however, you may mention it in court and get your matter tagged together. In that way it will always be taken up together.

Dear you should file two different complaint against the builder becuse Husband and wife both the parties book flats with different loans for different flats so the cause of action, jurisdictions are different. Etc.

No, You cannot file a suit jointly as the parties are different. There is a recent judgment which has been passed by the Hon'ble National Commission which would clear your doubts on this aspect. As you do not fall under the ambit of Section 12(1)(c) of the consumer act you will have to file it separately .
