Agarbathi Default product to consumer

I buyed 2 pack Agarbathi pack in that pack mentioned 12 stick but inside 9 stick 3 stick less i have video proof.Can i challenge in this case in consumer court if i challenged what is the maximum componsation giving to me and how much case expence if i filed this case profit or loss to me componsation-leagel fee.
you can challenge you should prove that it contained only 12 stick then only you can file. The burden of proving is on your shoulder. once you file it may go till one year. Lawyer fee would be 25000 for one year. You can claim 2 to 5 lakh compensation

You can first send notice to the company asking for refund and compensation if they fail to reply file consumer complaint seeking for damages.
