wrong complaint filed by bank even after paying settlememt

Dear Sir/M’am, My Complaint is against ICICI Credit card department ,they have put my name in cibil court even after paid the settlement amount . ICICI people are ready to accept their mistake . I am applying for a loan and I came to know my name is in cibil court . I want lodge a legal complaint and case against them .I am appealing for compensation for them .
