Q: Procedure to make the domicile certificate

Hi, I want to make a domicile certificate for my daughter. She was born in dubai in 2001 and has studied in dubai from 1st to 3rd. then in pune from 4-5th and then back in dubai upto 10th standard. I am born in mumbai and have spend all my life in mumbai except when i went to gulf for 10-12 years. I have a domicile certificate made in mumbai in 1982. please help. I have a permanent residence in Pune and have owned the house and paid electricity bill etc for the last 10 years. Before that I stayed in Mumbai for 40 years. All our passports for the last 15-20 years show the same Mumbai address. Pls help.

Q: wrong complaint filed by bank even after paying settlememt

Dear Sir/M’am, My Complaint is against ICICI Credit card department ,they have put my name in cibil court even after paid the settlement amount . ICICI people are ready to accept their mistake . I am applying for a loan and I came to know my name is in cibil court . I want lodge a legal complaint and case against them .I am appealing for compensation for them . hello,Mr. Yogesh Dharvesh I have gone through your query and of-course there is a way out but before that, you need to issue the legal notice to the bank and have proper intimation with the bank. then only it will enable us to take further steps.

Q: Want to sell house for 18 lakh buyer not able to arrange full money

i want to sell house to 18 lakhs rs i got the buyer he paid me 1lakh and asked me for 3months time to arrange remaining amount .i agreed but after three months have passed he could not arranged the money know he is demanding refund its not my mistake am i eligible to refund his amount to him

what is the position or status of possession secondly did you ask him about the genuine reason for non-payment of your money as to what is the proper situation in your case .... you need to contact me for the same.

Q: Someone stole my identity wallet applied credit card & defaulted

Hi my name is Ramesh my problem is Someone stole my identity through my wallet applied credit card and defaults I don't know how now I got a call from recovery agents through my name contacted me and they are saying you are credit card defaulter what should I do ? Can I complaint on police station or bank please suggest me

Q: Can case be revoked after chargesheet has been made

Sir/madam, One of my friend have filed a complaint on her boyfriend for cheating. The charge sheet have been already filed for the same. AS it is taking too much time. it affects her future plans and future marriage life. Is it possible to take back the case after charge sheet is filed?
