Simple
Go to your Ld. Advocate with a vokalatnama and he would write "No objection" and give that to your new advocate
Your new lawyer will file the same and he would continue with your work and when filed the previous power would be ceased

yes you have to hire a new advocate who will file a fresh vakalatnama. he will take a no objection from the earlier advocate and file it. if he refuses to give no objection, you new advocate will have to file an application seeking replacement of advocate on record.

If you feel that you need to change your Advocate please take "No objection" from him/her and appoint another Advocate of your choice by executing fresh VAKALATNAMA in hi/her favour. He can file the same in appropriate Court on behalf of you.

In such cases your current Advocate has to sign a no objection on a fresh Vakalatnama and the same has to be filled in by your newly appointed Advocate. who shall tender it to the court where the matter is put up.

MY OPINION THAT you have the order /orders which are negative in your matter of facts ,that is why you have in problem, i think that in that point of view, you have ample opportunity to rectify/challenge/ modify/ move to the higher forum, in all aspects you have directly have new one.
