What action can I take against a fake private company

Sir A pvt limited company is registered at mca jaipur office. But actually it is not working. I think it is fake and only for black money transaction. What action I can take?

You can not do anything directly till you are one of the effective body of any type of transaction for that such company.
You may write a letter of notification to mca jaipur office with detail and solid evidence which you found. on the basis of suspension you can not do anything.

It appears that you have raised this question on assumption and presumptions only. Merely because a company is not operational as of now it does not mean that it is fake company. To reach to the conclusion that any company is a fake you have to substantiate the reasons and ground to allege the company as a fake company. If whereabouts of the promoters are not known or there exits no office of the given at the address given by the company and / or any cheating or fraud is committed by the company that needs to be highlighted and on that basis any action can be initiated against the company and or its promoters and managers.
