Tenants Not paying any Rent for 7 years

19-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am Landlord of my property. Currently I have 3 tenants who live here for more than 30 years, almost 2 generations. Their rent was too low too as current market. But for last 7 years they ate not paying any rent too. So can I do any legal action against them? Can I anyhow evict them?? Any chance of it?? If yes can you tell me the procedure?? Thank You. I am Hindu.

You have to issue ejectment notice to your tenants for being defaulter and after expiry of notice time you can file an ejectment suit for evicting defaulter tenants from your property. The case is to be filed in the civil court in whose jurisdiction the property falls

At first you have sent one legal notice to the tenants through advocate regarding Eviction with a time limit and after expiration of the notice period you have to file a suit for eviction in the learned civil judge
