Tenant giving threats of seizing property what to do

Our tenant is not ready to vacant our apartment even when our lease of 11 month is over. He didn't even pay a single month rent. Now he is asking for sweet bribe of huge amount of 20,000 INR (considering we are just below middlr class family).Although we do agreed to pay him money to avoid long term court visits. He still isn't ready to make any strong commitment for fulfing his promise ( Swearing to their kids doesn't count) He just wants us to give him money and hope for him to vacant the apartment which is not gonna be acceptable.
People like you afraid from ybeaw and court proceedings that why you people suffering continuosly with that guy the solution is to fight for your right otherwise, or hope so I pray to God to keep safe from trouble

You have to inciate legal action to take back possession.Give him a legal notice for recovery and eviction.As the agreement has expire so he is in month to month tenancy.You can give him notice of 7 days and start the proceeding.Dont delay

Serve him a legal notice to vacate property through advocate. If e doesn't vacate within stipulated time you have to file a suit for possession and injunction. You can also ask for mene profits in the same.
