Patna Ka zameen..Patna register office me wasiyat Hua thaa..wasiyat karta nawada me rehte thayy..or unki death nawada me hee hua thaa..toh provate nawada nayalay me karwaye..... ya Patna nayalay me karwaye..kripya sahi raasta dikhaye......mai ek hindu hoo...sir

Dear Client, Most probably, the place of probate should be in Patna because the land in question is situated within the territorial jurisdiction in patna and will i.e. wasiyat has also been prepared at patna. Hence, the place of probate for a will, in your case, should be at Patna.

Dear Sir, You have to file at Patna in the court of Principal Court of Original Jurisdiction as per the local City Civil Court Act. The High Court also enjoys concurrent jurisdiction to grant probate of the Will.
