Purchase product from e commerce website, delivered partial product

I have made purchased of two product and for purchasing I had asked them lots of question about product and price. After that I made payment for product and they delivered one item and other item is still pending and told them to give me call back to solve these issues and if they donot give me call back by today then I have to take some serious step against them but in reply they told that I have given threat to them and they are going to take action against me So weather they can take any legal action against me or can I take action against them.

Check the background of the company are they not running into any fraud. Further if you do not receive your product within stipulated time first you ask for refund and further they threat you then file a consumer case

Question is not clear. You have purchased thinfs online or from shop? Mode of payment , invoice and all required. If they failed to deliver a product to you you can initiate legal action against them.

Hi, You can file a complaint in the consumer court if the service provided is not upto the mark as promised. If you have threatened the employee that you will take legal action , the Company can not file a complaint against you. Thanks
