Procedure for partition of the land owned by the father's income.

Hi, We are 6 brother and sister. We want split the land owned by my fathers income. May i know how to split it by length or width? I am the elder so which part is mine 1st or last?
1.Is your father living or not?
2.How many have you sisters?
3.Are your sisters married or not?
4.If married,whicn year?
5.If your father is living,the partition is his own decision.
6.Generally,all of you have equal rights in partition with your father's consent..!

There is no specification to partition of property.generally,if you are the eldest, 1st part is yours.you can get help of elders and vao and surveyor.you have to split it equally,weather by length or width.you should confirm if it is usable and can be sold,after partition.

Since the property had been acquired by your father ,all of you will be the share holders.Even your sisters will get the equal share from your father's property as per the amendment in 2005 .So All of you will get the equal share from your father's property.
