Please dial 100 call the cops. You can file a police complaint under sec 268 of IPC and file a complaint for Public Nuisance.
It is always best to handle this issue amicably. Usually, the area in front of the house should be not obstructed by anyone but the space doesn't belongs to anyone. It is just the right of way that prevails. Or its best to park your car or two wheeler in front of your house to occupy the place.

Is it Ok to park a two-wheeler in front of another house's boundary wall, not in front of the gate?

Parking regulations can vary depending on the specific city or locality. However, as a general guideline, it is courteous to respect other people's property and not obstruct their access or cause inconvenience. Parking in front of someone else's boundary wall, even if not directly in front of the gate, may still be seen as an obstruction or an inconvenience to the property owner or residents. It is advisable to find designated parking areas or seek permission from the property owner if you need to park in front of their boundary wall.
To ensure you are following the local parking regulations and being considerate to others, it's best to consult the specific guidelines set by your local municipality or housing society.
