Yes you can file an injunction suit against them. First know details like name, age, father's name and addresses of all the persons who are preventing you from constructing a house on your site. Issue a legal notice to them. Whatever be the reply, you file an injunction suit in the jurisdictional civil court praying for prohibiting them from entering your premises.

Dear Sir/Madam, as per your query, if you have all the documents in respect of the above property site, you have to file civil suit for Permanent Injunction against the said 3rd parties for not to interfere in your property, before the jurisdictional civil judge court, if you are residing in the Bangalore city, you have to file the suit in before the city civil court at Bangalore city. ... if you want my legal service I will do it.

SIr, in this case as you have all the documents and take pictures of the site with negatives or CD and file a suit for injunction not to disturb your peaceful possession and from court, you can get an injunction order from court not to disturb your peaceful possession and you can also file a Caveat Petition.

If you have valid documents supporting your ownership please go ahead and file a suit for Injunction before the Civil Court having the jurisdiction to decide on the issue. Injunction is a judicial order restraining a person from beginning or continuing an action threatening or invading the legal right of another, or compelling a person to carry out a certain act, e.g. to make restitution to an injured party.

Should you need any further help in this regard happy to assist.

Yes, you can file case against those people, who are illegally encroaching to your property, people who enter to your property without your permission are called as trespasser, you can file FIR to police station (concerned jurisdiction), and you can file Civil Suit for permanent Injection to restraining them from entering to premise.
