One person along with mukhiya tryng to capture land how to save it

My neighbour with the help of village mukhia is trying to capture my vacant land despite all the documents are with us. How should I save my land?

Venerated Sir, I would like to inform you that you have right to file criminal case against all persons who is trying to capture your purchased land. You have one more than to inform the things before mukhmantri jansmwad regarding illegal encroachment. Feel free to call for more information..

Sir, You have two options 1) you have to move before the court of SDM and file a petition u/s 144 Cr. P.C for restraint them from your land. 2) Yoy may move to Civil Court of your jurisdiction and file a Title Suit for declaration of title and recovery of possession.

Dear, First of all make a boundary wall over the plot. ..if any one disturbs you, then file a written complaint against all persons doing so, by name parental address, before the police. ...If police refuses to take action. ..Then file petition before Subdivisional Magistrate. .U/s 144 cr.p.c.

DEAR SIR IF ANYONE IS TRYING TO CAPTURE YOUR LAND AND ALL THE DOCUMENTS IS IN YOUR FAVOR THEN NO NEED TO WORRY AND YOU MAY FILE A CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST THEM STATING ALL THE INCIDENT AND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILE AN APPLICATION BEFORE THE REVENUE AUTHORITY AND DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OR CONCERN COLLECTOR STATING ALL THE INCIDENT
