Q: Girl's family file a FIR against boy for denying to marry the girl

My friend was in a relationship with his ex girlfriend for 5 years and at the beginning he told her that he will marry her at that time he was in employed but his family was totally against this love due to different casts . But few months ago there relationship has not been much good so the boy told her that he will not marry her now., and even the his family is still against the love and he is employed now. So, the girl's family think that he is employed now that's why he is not marrying her and ditching her and they are threatening him that they will file FIR against him and his family. So I want to know whether is it possible? and what would be the consequences?

Dear, With regards to your question in my opinion it is possible. you can't stop any one to file a false case. .later on it would be matter of police investigation. That time you can take defence before I.O of the case. Under the circumstances my suggestion for you is. ....your friend should file a petition u/s 39 of the Cr. P.C.. . Before the chief judicial magistrate of the District. Or Before the Subdivisional magistrate of the District. Take care. ...

Q: Is registration of agreement required or not

Sir/Madam My father sold a shop over his property by a registered deed almost 30 yrs back. Shop was never operated since then and now I am developing same property through a builder. I have to hand over same area of 300 sq.ft shop to the said owner from my share of developed area, for that we are going to execute an agreement on a stamp paper of Rs.50.00 only. Is this agreement requires to be registered ? If yes kindly let me know the fee to be paid for registration.

Advocate Ranjeet Bishwas answered
Dear, Every agreement dealing with builder must be registered. .because of its legal safety. .. if any despute arose in future , you must have preparation for it... so far as the fee is payable on it is determined by the local authority i.e. The registrar of the district. A 50 rupees non judicial stamp is sufficient. .Thanks.

Dear Mr S, I am very glad that you are looking after your aunt, who lived her life for you. First of all you make a declaration through a deed of declaration of this effect that you are declaring your masi to be the beneficiary of all benefits provided by your company. After that submit it to your companies accounts section for needful. And get an another deed of declaration from your father declaring therein that he have no objection if your company provides benefits for parents of the employee. ..and submit it to your company. If hope it will help you. .Thank you.

Q: Non delivery of Order from Registrar consumer Court to Opposite Party

The consumer court has ordered favourably , the main foul part is being played by the Post Office / Postman ,as the court letter was sent through Speed Post , but the Speed Post tracker shows that the it has not been delivered to the OP , and is being hold in The GPO. This foul play of postal department has caused major problem to me in getting justice . What should I do to ensure it is delivered appropriately by the Post Office to the OP. To mention that the OP is a hospital and there can be no confusion by the postman in tracking the address, it is an intentional foul play.

Advocate Ranjeet Bishwas answered
Dear, Your problem is very important to notice. ...as per my opinion, you should take information regarding delivery of documents through Right to information act. ..asking about non delivery of the same.
