Need to file against unfair practices by institute

Respected, I am seeking out some legal advise from kaanoon.com regarding my degree certificated issues. I am a student from . I did my bachelor's in Interior design from Vogue Institute of fashion Technology, . I passed out in May 2015. Our college for our course was affiliated to Karnataka State Open university(KSOU), and during the end of our last semester, we got to know that UGC has lifted its accreditation to KSOU and that its not recognized anymore. It has been 2 years now, and we haven't received any degree certificate. Vogue Institute of Fashion Technology charged us lakhs of money, but is not ready to answer any of our questions, nor is ready to give us any solutions. I am concerned about this and am looking for advice. Below is the link of our college's
Hello did you given representation regarding the issue to the concerned department I mean notice to your college and university if no please give the representation if already given than file a writ of mandamus before the Hon'ble high court. Tq

Just file a complaint. Secondly you may file suit for compensation / damages. Lakhs of students facing same problem. Aggrieved students union may bring pressure. No effective remedy through courts. Rest remedies in person.

Dear sir/ madam first and foremost how many student s are facing this problems, it should be enter batch , so can alone go and give a police complaint and also can file a recovery suit against the management of the college, for breach of trust. If u and all ur batch mates get together and do the same, it would be worth and u can also take the help of media and newspapers, so that on fear of losing there reputation they might solve ur problems.
