Q: Husband harassing and trying to take away my children unwillingly

 I was living with my husband. Now im not willing to living with him because he is harassing me evry night by drinking. Now im staying away from him. We have childern of age 9 and 13years, both are girls. My husband is trying to take my daughter every day at school but my both childern were not willing to go with him agaim they were 9 and 13 years still minors. We gave letter to school authority to not send them with him. I have a question like Can he take my childern with his parental right even though my childern dont want to go with him? We havent made case is court still, but take letter from him in police station like not to meet us and trouble us.

My husband has physically and mentally abused me and my children. I've filed for domestic violence case. Now, his cross examination stages have come. Can my children testify for they have endured? If so, what exactly is the process towards a testimony?

Hello madam in domestic violence case did your husband taken contention that the child is not under your relationship with your husband? If yes you can file application for testimony if your husband not dispute the same it's not required to go for testimony and the court also not accept the same. Thank you

Q: Stuck with fake lawyer and put wrong allegations on me

I need your advice and suggestions on a issue which is going on with me in my personal life. I have been married for 9 years now with a son year 7 old . In month of March 2017 I underwent domestic violence from my husband and mother in law. I tried filing an fri however police has taken bribe and made me take complaint back. I hoped things will get better since the police made us to write a letter stating that we don'tfight . However things have gotten worse. They have bought a fake lawyer who literally trethaned me and my parents stating he is a guy he can have an open relationship with anyone so on and so forth. Ever since my hubby is acting wired asking me to go away from the house. Without any settlement or kid. Now he has filed a wrong allegation on me stating that I have subjected him to cruyality. Now Can I file back the FRI stating he is harassing me to give divorce.

Hello madam do you have children? Please check Whether The properties having by your husband parents belongs to ancestors properties or self acquired properties? If ancestors properties means you can claim by way of partition suit. Tq
