Law does not empower any one to transfer the property to the name of the mother till he possess right over the property absolutely. The house you have a house in my father in laws name. As he is no more the successors his wife, sons and daughters as per Hindu Law. So, consult an advocate. Good Luck

Your husband and his 3 sisters are equally entitled for such property if you are governed under Hindu law.
If your husband's sisters give up their rights, then you can get transfer all the property in your husband name.
