My ex-boyfriend is harassing my mother what can i do.

I am married now. My ex-boyfriend is giving trouble to my mom. My mom has done complaint against him but he keep quite for some day and again after some days he again give trouble. he call to my mother at midnight. or when my mom is going to office he used to come before her and says anything. he told to police that I have cheated him and used him. And my character is not good. He has shown all photos to police and told that i have used him and now I dont want him. My mother is suffering from his trouble. what to do???
Hi if your mother had complaint about it and the police are not taking any serious steps than better file private case before criminal court. it will force them to take your FIR which will force them to take proper action against your ex-boyfriend.

You may ask ur mother to file a complaint of harassment with the police and when he comes and meet personally call the police immediately.
Regarding that he is defaming ur name u make file a defamation suit and also file a case of threat under Indian penal code..

You and your mother can lodge report against exacerbation caused by your ex.. n don't be afraid of nythng as he cannot file complaint for cheating as you are married at your will.. so just go n advance your grievance before police..
