Legal procedure to claim share in father's assets

My mother and brother forcefully taken away my father's car after his death. I am also a legal hear but they want to nothing give me. What can i do

Car is a movable Property. If you have Driving Licence, then you set on the Driver Seat and run fast with Car. Court will not decide who can take Car. Or Court can't decide to divide it in equal share in between the legal heirs.

Sir If you are Hindu. Then after your father's death your mother and two brothers are the equal share holder of the property left by your deceased father. If they are not ready to give your share yo can send a legal notice to parting your portion. And if they disagree then you can file a partition suit against them. Thanks

You have a equal right in your father property.Since you have not get any right then you will send a legal notice to other legal heir.After that if they disagree to give you your right then you will file a petition for claiming share in your father property.
