Illigal possesion, Bought a land in Elaichpur Ghaziabad UP

Hi,
I bought a land in Ghaziabad in 2008, same dealer sold that land to a lawyer in 2012. I wanted to file FIR for very long time but Daroga said he will do it later and it is not done yet. Daroga saw other registry as I well in the police station and didn't find authentic. It was not registered in the right district. I dont live in India. Please advice me. Thanks!
it would be better if you discuss with all the relevant documents as you can file a fir of 420 against the dealer or you if have a relevant registered sale deed of that same property you can file cancellation of sale deed rest can discuss by seeing your documents it can vary as your query is not in detail.

You need to file a complaint before the concerned police station of the local jurisdictional limit.
If the concerned police station doesn't show any indulgence if lodging the complaint, then a request is to be made before the S.P. and even if the FIR is not lodged then in those circumstances a petition is to be filed before the concerned magistrate.

on the above mentioned query the legal opinion is that please file immediately a suit for declaration , for declaration of the land in question, in the concerned court. thereafter file a complaint case under criminal procedure code, after filling the complaint case , the complaint convert into the FIR with the concerned court discretion.
