I am sixteen years old and my neighbour has intimidated me that he will make my life hell and put my parents in jail in a fake offence and he will not let me live peacefully. I haven't done anything yet but what can I do legally for his terrible act.

Hello Sir, write a detailed complaint against your neighbour and file that complaint to your area police station. Police will certainly take action against your neighbour and as you are a minor police will be relatively more serious and active in your matter. Don't hesitate, just file the complaint.

U immediately file an FIR against him giving all details about the threat given by him . Send a copy also to the SP ,DGP . If still ur FIR is not registered then file a writ oetitiin in High court seeking direction to the police to register it. Contact me for any help.

First of all ask your parents to the nearest police station and lodge a complaint against your neighbor. They can take a written application with you in 2 copies one the officer will keep for proceeding and other will be given to them with seal and sign of police officer. If no action is taken then your parents can go to the court under section 159(3) of CrPC or section 200 CrPC so police will file a complaint and help your family.

This is a case of criminal intimidation. You can approach concern police station i.e. police station of your locality and file a complaint for criminal intimidation against your neighbour which is a criminal offence punishable under section 506 of Indian penal code and police will take action against your neighbour.
