Hi,

As per the facts mentioned by you, You can approach the Hon'ble Supreme court of India for transfering the cases to one state but you have to show the gravity / reasons for the same. If the Hon'ble court satisfied by the averments made on behalf of the accused then the case can be transfer to any of the state.

You can approach the local Sessions Court for transfer of all cases into one Court. If they are in different Districts (in the same city - it happens in most metropolitan cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, you can approach the High Court for the transfer. If its to be transferred out of the State, one has to approach the Supreme Court.
