How to obtain marriage certificate from ex boyfriend

The x boyfriend of my wife has claimed that he has done court marriage with my wife before but he is not showing certificate. How can we find the certificate. They married in sultanpur court.
Legally speaking,if your wife had done court marriage with her ex boyfriend then her marriage with you is void.If her ex-boy friend is claiming then you could confirm it with your wife because court marriage is not possible till both the parties are not physically present before marriage registrar !!If there is doubt you could contact ,I will help you out regarding certificate .

Approach the sultanpur court and meet with a lawyer he will take you the office of marrige registrar and chek out his marrige register then you will ascertained that marrige is solemnized and thereafter apply for a duplicate copy through your wife you will get it .And after getting it file a case for cancellation of the same

First of all,I tell u one thing that there is nothing like court marriage.Only marriage is accepted by couple before Registrar of marriage and a certificate is issued in this regard under the rules under marriage registration rules.If u try to find out it in Registrar Office,may be u fetch a certificate from such office.

hello,
first of all, ask your wife about it and that whether she did, in fact, marry her Ex-boyfriend. if she is not willing to admit, then, if they married in Sultanpur district, they must have registered the marriage with the registrar of marriages, SDM court, Sultanpur. also, inquire about the marriage in the local Arya Samaj temple as they must have performed marriage ceremony before getting their marriage registered.
