U are advised to obtain no encumbrance certificate from concerned registrar.Go through the revenue records of tehsheel if it is agricultural land.Inspect the assessment register if property is within municipal or corporation limit.U can also check court records though e-court mechanism whether any case is pending or not in respect of such property or not.

Q: What to do a false case of rape has been filed

My brother has been falsely accused of rape and the girl has falsely blamed him of intoxicating her and raping her. There are many (4 to 5) sections on him

In this case much more depends on the statement of the girl before magistrate and medical examination of rape victim.Now a days false cases are being registered. It is time to avoid any kind of relationship that lead to this stage. One thing is of utmost important, u need to focus on circumstances that fetch inference of consent on her part.Live in relationship or affairs over years may be mitigating factor in this case.

I am a class 3 employee in Central Govt and my salary is above Rs. 8 lakh. Is my child eligible to get reservation in OBC?

No,not at all.U come within the ambit of creamy layer who has sufficient means and has come up with mainstream of society. Reservation is meant for upliftment of weaker section of the society. Now the OBC quota is raised from 6lac to 8lac so ur son is not eligible to get reservation in OBC.

Q: Procedure to transfer property

sir my sister is having a property in ghaziabad which is ready for possession.before registry my sister want to transfer the property to her mother so that the registry can be done in the name of the mother how this can be done? .

If sale deed has not been executed, it can be done in her name.Payment of deed be transferred through ur mother. Since registry has not been done,u cannot transfer that property.So no problem, u can directly get it transferred in ur mother name.

Q: How to obtain marriage certificate from ex boyfriend

The x boyfriend of my wife has claimed that he has done court marriage with my wife before but he is not showing certificate. How can we find the certificate. They married in sultanpur court.

First of all,I tell u one thing that there is nothing like court marriage.Only marriage is accepted by couple before Registrar of marriage and a certificate is issued in this regard under the rules under marriage registration rules.If u try to find out it in Registrar Office,may be u fetch a certificate from such office.
