Now I want my share, but others are not ready to sell and also not ready to buy my share This is double plot property, one plot is in the name of 2 partners and other plot is in the name of other two partners. I also said other partners to make new registry floor wise and difference of the floor paid to each other, but they refused. You can start by sending then a legal notice and if they refuse to comply the same you can file a petition in the court. The cpurt will allow you to sell the property and you have to prove in court your specific share in the property by showing registered documents.

Section 44 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 lays down the law regarding the transfer of a co-ownership property where the said property is a dwelling house of one or more partners. you may kindly refer to that. For further illustration you may contact me. Such matter may be very effectively resolved by alternate dispute resolution methods.
