Hi, I have a dispute with a past employer and they have filed a civil suit (Contract obligation), I have received a job offer from a company based in USA, my visa is already applied and approved. Is there a restriction on my travel? Can I appoint a lawyer to represent me in my absence, what happens if my employer demand my presence for a deposition in court. I am really consfused with the fact if they can stop me from getting this job?, can i travel if i have a civil case ?

You are at liberty to freely travel unless the court has restrained you for doing so or if there is a direction in particular, for your Appearance-in-person for the hearings. In your case, you going to join a job overseas, in which case you my not return for a considerable duration of time, hence, it is only in your personal interest and in the interest of justice to seek for a permission from the Hon'ble court wherein they might require you to give an undertaking that you'll make yourself whenever required.

Q: File case u/s 340 against a lady & her husband for filing false case

Hi, a lady filed a false molestation case against my friend by tieing up with cops. During trial she and her husband disposed contradictory statement about time and place of registering the FIR in comparison to statement given by IO in Court. Does the contradiction qualifies for registering a case against them us 340. If yes what is the procedure?

It will only be advisable to comment on the further proceedings and the manner in which they can be carried out after going through your documents. Q: What to do if a person is defaming me online

If person make false allegations against anyone on Whatsapp can he be held liable for defamation? Further if looses civil suit in which he mentioned these threats (false allegations) then can he be liable for defamation?
