How to file suit for cheque bounce case

I have cheque which is bounced back In December So, I wanted to file a case in court against him i have tried in police station but they are suggesting me to file for civil case The person suspected to be fraud to me Advise me how to go about it

The cheque valid for only three months from the date mentioned in the cheque. As you have already deposited in the month of December and got dishonoured, the time limit for re depositing the cheque has been lost.

Hello, The validity of a cheque is only three months from the date of issuing. File a money recovery suit (civil case) in the jurisdictional civil court to get back to your money. For this, first send a legal notice through a lawyer to the drawer of the cheque and demand him to pay the money within 15 days. If he pays good, else file the suit. You have 3 years time to file the suit from the date mentioned in the dishonored cheque.

Hello, Actually within 30 days from the date of return of cheque you need to send notice, after 15 days of notice, if you will not receive any reply from the borrower, you can file a petition within 30 days. Your cheque bounced in December, so it is time barred, therefore we can file with condone delay petition for criminal and we can file suit (civil), but dont delay even now also. file immediately.

Hello.you frist the cheque was presented bank.bounce the cheque you give notice the party other replay not coming in 15 day's you file criminal case agnist means N I act. In any suggestions give full details i will give good suggestion
