How to file a defamation complaint against University?

I made a complaint against university assistant professor now he is threatening me to take complaint back otherwise he will do defamation case against me. What should I do please suggest
I don't know for which purpose u have filed a complaint against him and why he is threating you for defamation first mentioned clear facts of the case and revert to me,....,..,...,..

If your complaint is genuine you don't have to worry. He can't file any defamation suit against you if you have stated true statement in your complaint. for better advice you need to personally come and explain the facts and situation than only I can advice you properly.

The defamation complaint or civil defamation ?? You can file a civil suit defamation only when there has been some incriminating material which has been so published or done that it affects the reputation of the person .
The words spoken or published if defame the reputation of the person then you can file a defamation suit or a complaint ad per your convenience
