starting with disowning son (Parkhati) you can restrain your son and alienate his right if the property belongs to you or your wife/husband. in the event the property belongs to your parents as well it will be difficult in hindu law the grandson has a right in the grandparents property.
timeline can be instant (Parkhati) to stretching over 1-2 years for final decree from the court.

if the ownership of the property is vested in your good self then no injunction is required from the court of law. if the Son and daughter in law try to forcefully enter the property concerned then an FIR can be lodged with the concerned police station against such illegal action on part of your son.

Hi, You can file a suit for permanent injunction. You will have to file the suit in the civil court. It takes a few hearings in the court to decide the matter. it does not last for more than 7-8 hearings.
