Q: Is lying to police over call a crime ?

So some police called me and asked some questions i answerd all of them correctly just i said my name wrong as i was scared am i punishable the conversation was over phone so i could not even determine if it was a real police

Bail maybe granted by high court & if not then move to supreme court & so far further steps concerned that will depend on the papers , facts & circumstances & defence & no opinion now possible at this stage.

Q: Selection in army when booked with criminal charges

I was arested and remanded under section of 153a ,145,188 bcz of bid to burn the pakistan flag.this case affect my army job dream. Can i apply for army selection??

This may affect but put up your state of mind there may be chances higher court allow you .Conviction is conviction&it may affect in getting govt job be it civil or army job.pl file appeal in higher court.

Q: Shop in residential area claims all parking space and obstructs ours

Hi, I am from Satya niketan New Delhi and I am facing parking issues. There is a shop in a residential colony adjacent to our house and the owner of it claims that space for his parking which obstructs our parking space. According to DDA norms passed in 2017 a commercial property has no right to park it's vehicle in a residential one. The shop size is around 40 sq feet. Once objected the owner of the shop started using foul languages and called a few hooligans. Furthermore he also called a policemen from his family and he was too bullying us. Is there any way to fight for it? I know the parking spaces belongs to MCD however the right of residential people comes first I guess as we are living here for around 40 years and the shop opened around 5 years back. We want to move this legally as we don't want to be imbecile in this issue. Thank you

1.No commercial activities are allowed in residential area, u can complain to the authority of MCD&senior police officer telephone, email or joint petition be filed&write to the minister concerned,if possible engage a lawyer.

Q: Can any common citizen of india ask any govt official to show their ID

As a citizen and common man in India - do I have the right to ask any government official (e.g. railway staff at train ticket window, staff at bank etc.) to show me their ID card so I can report to their supervisor if they are doing mischief? or so i can verify they are authentic personnel? Thanks

Yes u can ask ID card if his conduct appears suspicious&on refusal u can write to higher authority for n/a mentioning time,date&place..Do not worry and have concerns from a local lawyer from whom u could get proper advice
