False allegations put on me by father so that I can marry boy I like

I am from west bengal.I have come vellore for educational purpose.I am hindu.I like a muslim boy, he is from vellore.but my father tells him and his family that i am married. , characterless and mentally patient. My father is doing only because of religion and status. My father and his family is very influential. My father is forcefully making me mental patient.he lied to the doctor about false symptoms and are giving me medicine.I went to vellore north Police station but they refused to file FIR. Please advise me what can I do? I am not married and characterless.
if concerned police station refused to register FIR then approach concerned superintendent of police for action failing means you approach concerned judicial magistrate for registration which too finally failed means you knock the door under section 482 of crpc before.high court. I think you are better to approach concerned woman police station for reconciliation.

You can file a complaint against where you live and if police is not accepting your complaint then you can file a direction petition in the court to get Direction to file a case. If your father is influiential give a complaint against your father as well doctor if you doubt.
