Which type of case you filed in Court?
Is it for injunction or fixation of boundary?

Any way you have to file prosecution petition before the same court in the same case if the neighbours violated the injunction order from that court.

If it is for fixation of boundary you will speed up your case and measure with the help Thaluk surveyor

For violating an injunction order you can approach the same court seeking prosecution of the defendants for injunction violation. But if there is no boundary you ought to have sought for fixation of boundary and also for recovery of possession of the encroached area in the suit. In such case the court could have appointed an advocate commissioner to measure out your property and could have given a decree fixing your boundary. Mere injunction order cannot serve your purpose if there is no boundary and there is encroachment

Admittedly, there has been a court case and some directions have been issued. As such, no meaningful suggestion is possible unless the documents are perused
