Clarification on registration of society and rules and regulations

08-Mar-2023 (In Civil Law)
Our society is registered under 1960 ATC -85 flats and it is owned by 4 brothers. All 4 are society members. Do they have only 4 votes or do they have 85 votes? - What the 1960 or 1972 acts say on this issue? - In case, if we have to go for voting in the event of not able to arrive at a decision for any issue, are these 85 votes from 4 members legally binding?

From your I assume that the apartment Owners association is registered under Societies Registration act 1960. All the owners have equal voting rights as members. Feel comfortable to contact me with Bye laws of the Association for further legal help

first of all 4 members can't vote 85 votes.
voting is not as per 1960 act or 1970 act, its based on the rules and regulations and by-laws of the society.
Voting will be given as per membership and not as per ownership.
