You can file review by 07.05.2017 in case you have not applied for certified copy of the judgment dated 07.04.2017. However, what are your grounds for filing review. You have argued that you were not well so not attended any single class. Why you asked for refund at the fag end.

Calculation mistake if any shall be considered by the Hon'ble Court in Review or LPA. If there is any fact that has escaped consideration, file Review else you can file LPA.

Your limitation will start from the date of delivery of written order. But should not be delay in apply order copies.
If you have applied the copies just after the order and whenever it has been deliver to you, from that day your limitation to file review or SLP will start..

In general, period of limitation start from the date of receiving of copy of order, if you have applied for certified copy within time, else depends upon the content of the order, sometime, court may issue directions from the date of order itself.
The remedy of review or LPA also depends upon the facts of the case. In review, scope is very limited though there is larger scope in appeal.
