Can the property gifted by husband be sold by wife

Sir/Madam, This is regarding the property. Here the property is gifted by husband. Then she sold the property to us. Does this property have any inheritence rights by her son. Is there anything that can do by her son. After buying the property by us. Can any objection is possible by her son. It's also registered on our name.

Sir as per your question it clear that the property was gifted by husband to wife and she sold the same to you here doubt is that whether the son has any right to interfere with the property u purchased from wife here 2 points u should take a note 1,if the property gifted by husband to wife is self acquired by him then the son has no right to interfere in that 2, if the property gifted by husband to wife is acquired by ancestral property then the son has right to interfere in the property sold by wife to u

in the first place, if it is an ancestral property, then you need to worry, otherwise, if the property is purchased by the seller's husband with his own funds, then, son has no rights, hence your need not worry

Hi, As you said that the property was purchased by you and the same was transferred to your vendor through her husband here if the property is transferred is valid as per law then you need not fear. But if possible get the document verification done by a advocate. Call us through website for assistance
