Iam an Hindu, My wife filed dowry harassment case 498a and 307 case on me, recently prc numbers given, not even trials started, and I'm not ready to lead my life with her further. so my question is can i file divorce. No directly he can not file but he can file through his natural guardian and in your case first we have to whether it ur son right on the property of your wifes mother if he has right then he can file through your wife if no right he cannot
Q: Friend used credit card for buying mobile, now not paying back
One of my friend has used my credit card to bought a mobile on EMI basis, he paid some installments delayed for the that external charges are added by bank, now he is not paying installments since 4 months, debit interests, late fees and external interests got increased month by month, finally he is saying i will give 5000rs, take if you want otherwise do whatever you want, but his bill amount is more than 12000rs, right now i am helpless, please help me what is the solution for my problem, is there any legal action against him?

Sorry there is no legal action can be taken against your friend but the finance company can take legal action against you for the due emi amounts so my advice to you is to collect the 5000 from your friend and you add the balance amount pay off all the amount and never do such type of transactions in feature because ur financial track will be affected more and u can't get loans in feature
Q: Whether single complaint can be filed for 3 different cheques bounce
Three cheques are issued by a person they are two different dated they are bounced a same date and receive a memo by bank if I issue a single notice the 3 cheques are dishonored on same date, and filing a single complaint

You shall have to serve 3 different notices followed by separate case for separate cheque bounce. You can neither club all 3 cheques in a single notice nor can file a single complaint. but the notice of the cheques returned should be given for all of them within 30 days
