Dear sir/madam, can my son aged 12 years file injunction on property which is in the name of my wife's mother.

No directly he can not file but he can file through his natural guardian and in your case first we have to whether it ur son right on the property of your wifes mother if he has right then he can file through your wife if no right he cannot



Q: Friend used credit card for buying mobile, now not paying back

One of my friend has used my credit card to bought a mobile on EMI basis, he paid some installments delayed for the that external charges are added by bank, now he is not paying installments since 4 months, debit interests, late fees and external interests got increased month by month, finally he is saying i will give 5000rs, take if you want otherwise do whatever you want, but his bill amount is more than 12000rs, right now i am helpless, please help me what is the solution for my problem, is there any legal action against him?

Sorry there is no legal action can be taken against your friend but the finance company can take legal action against you for the due emi amounts so my advice to you is to collect the 5000 from your friend and you add the balance amount pay off all the amount and never do such type of transactions in feature because ur financial track will be affected more and u can't get loans in feature



Q: Whether single complaint can be filed for 3 different cheques bounce

Three cheques are issued by a person they are two different dated they are bounced a same date and receive a memo by bank if I issue a single notice the 3 cheques are dishonored on same date, and filing a single complaint

You shall have to serve 3 different notices followed by separate case for separate cheque bounce. You can neither club all 3 cheques in a single notice nor can file a single complaint. but the notice of the cheques returned should be given for all of them within 30 days

Q: Bail on a condition with restriction to travel

Respected sir/madam. i have been recently arrested and remanded for 2 days, know am out on bail, with the conditions to attend ps on every Saturday for 3 months and court asked me to surrender my passport. as am into travel business i need to travel every month for 10 to 15 days with my clients for there holiday trip. please any one help me with how should i get ride of surrendering my passport. when i speak to my lawyer he said the court has granted you the bail on this condition. now am helpless.and you have submit your passport to court if not my bail will be cancelled. please please help me this is only the work i do were i can feed myself and my family.

Sir what your lawyer said is right at now but u have right to file a condition relaxing petition in the district court or high court after completing some condition fulfilled period with clearly stating ur grounds that u need to be relaxed from the conditions imposed at the time of granting bail with documentary proofs
