Can my Co-petitioner remove me from my petition?

I have filed a writ Petition in Allahabad Court I am the Main Petitioner and there are eight more Petitioners and Two of them are trying to remove me from the Petition can they do that This Petition was against the Municipal Authority and Developer with violations of over construction and a stay has been granted by Court on construction till everything is clear can anyone remove me forcefully from this Writ without my consent and in case If I withdraw this writ along with another few Petitioners will this Writ still continue

No, they cannot. That is possible only if you are ready for it and you move a affidavit in the Court praying that you individually do want to press the writ and withdraw from the writ. Coming to the second part of your question, you can withdraw this writ petition ethically only after you've taken consent of all the petitioners. However, since I'm assuming that you're the pairokar as well as the main petitioner, you can move an application for withdrawal of writ petition on behalf of all.

Once you filed any Writ petition in court no body can removed you without your concerns and when the court passed appropriate order then removed any petitioner forceful not possible and if with draw any writ then any intern order pass by court also vacant

As you are the main petitioner of the respective case then they cannot remove your name from the case. You cannot be removed from your case by your co petitioners. No one can remove you without your consent from your case.

No one can remove you from petition except yourself .you can't withdraw the petition but you simply request for deletion of your name in the petition along with others who are not interested to continue the case

If you are the main petitioner in the writ petition And you have filed your affidavit then you can not be compelled from the co Petitioner to remove from the writ petition if you want to withdraw the writ petition The petition May finally be disposed Off
