Can e-challan be appealed against if done incorrectly?

I was imposed the fine of Rs.1000 in Visakhapatnam due to lack of Pollution certificate. After that next day I was taken the pollution certificate, is there any chance to appeal the e-challan.

At the time of checking you do not have pollution certificate and accordingly you have been fined by authorities. You have paid the fine through challan accordingly. Since there is no chance to appeal.

Hi Unfortunately you cannot appeal the challan. better to pay the fine and move on as the offence supposed to have committed and then a fine is imposed. Since you go the pollution control certificate on subsequent date, fine once imposed cannot be cancelled.
