i was caught recently without dl in drink and drive. the police has my bike. guide me handle problem

You need to pay the fine at Court after reciept of the notice and then you can release your vehicle as well.

Simplest way is to pay fine and get your bike released. You need to pay this fine in police station if they had raised challan and in court if the case had been filed. You should be careful regarding traffic violations.

sir you have to execute an Indemnity bond and get it released and if the police refuse to release you have to approach the court under section 451/457 of crpc by engaging an advocate and thereafter the court will order release with some conditions.
