Doing arya samaj marriage is legal? bcoz our parents are not agree for our marriage so we are planning for it.and after marriage it is compulsory to registered our marriage from court.certificate provided by arya samaj is not enough?what will be procedure for it?

Aarya samaj marriage itself is proove of you both are husband wife, and living happily with each other, if anyone disturb you or made interference in your happily life either your paternal or maternal side than you have given protection from police also.

Arya samaj marriage is valid,when you register it in the office of marriage registrar if you both are Major.You both should major for marriage in also aarya samaj.you have 2 witness of both sides.Should be all valid age proof and address proof.Have proper fees for that institution.

marriage of arya samaj is also valid.after solemnized of marriage they will issue a certificate which can be deposited in registrar of marriag of that area n he will issue the marriage certificate which is also correct.

No, doing marriage by arya samaj norms or style is not illegal but getting it registered is necessary as to find validity in case your parents are not in agreement of your marriage at the same time this is to be noted that both should have attain majority at the time of marriage as per law. You can contact advocate of your area for the purpose of registration.

Arya marriage is valid if parties are major, after marriage registration is must by competent authority , marriage registrar, etcafter registration u may produce ur certificates n statements towards police or SDM
