31-Jan-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
i was in a live in relationship since 2000 with a lady in Pune. in 2009 the lady adopted a girl child. my name was registered as father of the child in all the three schools she has attended so far. last week the lady threw me out of her house in pune where we have been living as a family since 2006. she is now living in the same house with a married man and has denied me access to my child. is there any provision in law for me to meet my child.

Only legally wedded person can be considered as right over the children. In your case your relationship is not recognised by law. Hence you don't have any right over the child as you are not biological parent.
