Infidelity by my wife and adultry

In the 1st week of Nov, my wife's business partner stayed in our house. I was sleeping upstairs and at midnight i suddenly woke up and did not see her in our bed and i came down and saw the guest door was locked and light was off and i did not see my wife anywhere and after few mts she stepped out of that very guest room and upon inquiring she told she was there to take her dress. While i confronted, she did not spill out the beans. Later I started tracking her moments by keeping the audio recording close to her. I have recorded voice of hers only where its quite evident she is in love with her partner and also she has had physical relationship with him. In one of her conversation with her counselor I heard her stating that she loved the physical relationship and she wanted it too. Now we have 2 sons (twins) aged 10 years. Would I as a father would have the custodial right on both the sons?
